Support for MT-B01 - MT HELMET

1. With the device turned off, press and hold the rear button (Volume +) for five seconds. The LED will flash blue and red, indicating that pairing mode is active. 
2. On your phone, TFT display, or GPS, open the Bluetooth settings and search for MTRyderSync/AXRyder Sync in the list of available devices. 
3. Select the device to pair. If prompted, enter the PIN code 0000. The LED on your MT-B01 will flash four times to confirm successful pairing. 

MT, AXIS, and Midland intercoms pair easily. With the device turned on, hold down the front button (Volume -) for five seconds until the LEDs start flashing blue and red. Then, on the other device, start the intercom pairing process following the instructions in the manual. MT-B01 will confirm the pairing with a flash.

Intercoms from other brands: repeat the same procedure on your MT-B01, but on the other intercom, start the phone pairing process following the manual instructions. You can pair intercoms from any brand with your MT-B01! For some models, though, a special procedure on the device may be needed, using the Universal Intercom function.

Note: A new update will soon be available that will allow native connection to OBI (Cardo), Sena, and Interphone intercoms.

1. Download the BTUpdater software from the "UPDATE" section available higher up on this page.
2. Connect the device to the PC using the charging cable; the software will provide you with all the instructions.

To turn up the volume, hold down the back button (Volume +), while to turn it down, hold the front button (Volume -). You can only adjust the volume while listening to the audio source you want to change, like the intercom or music.

If the audio sounds low or unbalanced, your helmet speakers are probably not positioned correctly. Here's what you can do:

1. Check the speaker position: Take off your helmet and make sure the speakers are well aligned with your ear canal and close to your ears.
2. Do a test: Remove the speakers from the helmet and place them directly on your ears. Do you notice a difference? If the sound improves, the problem is with the setup.

Make sure the speakers are positioned correctly to get the best audio quality!

Changing the language on your MT-B01 is easy! Follow these simple steps:

1. With the device turned on, press and hold the back button (Volume +) for more than nine seconds…
2. Keep holding it until you hear the battery status in the language you want.
3. Release the button when you hear the language you selected.

Just press the front button (Volume -) twice and you're done.

Just press the back button (Volume +) on the MT-B01 once. If you want to reject the incoming call, instead, hold the same button for three seconds. 

Also, the MT-B01 has Auto Answer: if this function is on, the intercom will automatically answer the call after eight seconds. To turn it on or off, with the device on, hold the back button (Volume +) for three seconds, release the button when you hear the BEEP, and a voice prompt will follow. Be careful not to hold it too long or you might change the language.

Follow these steps:

1. Select your favorite music app on your phone.
2. Press the back button (Volume +) once to start or pause the music (Play/Pause).
3. While listening to a song, you can skip to the next track by pressing the forward button (Volume -) twice, or go back to the previous track by pressing the back button (Volume +) twice.

Unfortunately, music cannot be played while an intercom conversation is active. Playback will automatically resume when the intercom connection is closed. 

The range stated in the product specifications was tested under ideal conditions. Actual performance may be affected by obstacles such as trucks, mountains, trees, and power lines. 

Absolutely! The MT-B01 can be used in all weather conditions. The keypad is fully waterproof, so rain will not be an issue during your rides.

The MT-B01 takes approximately 2 hours to fully charge. 

The MT-B01 provides up to 8 hours of use.
